Wide range of accommodation to suit every pocket and requirement are available in the vicinity of the Venue of the Conference. These include lodges, guest houses, and tourist hotels of all ranges. Accommodation costs have to be looked after by the participant only. However, to avoid misperception and get secured accommodation, on your prior request, at your expenses the Conference Organizers are ready to arrange accommodation suiting your requirements as necessary. TRANSPORT DETAILS

 

1. By Airlines :

Option 1 : Chennai

Chennai International Airport is connected to all International Airports and from there if you take Rail Route that will be more comfortable.

 

Option 2 : Hyderabad Airport

Vijayawada City is well connected by air. The domestic airport located at Gannavaram, about 20 km from the city connects Vijayawada to Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi. Vijayawada Airport is currently being served by Jet Airways, Spice jet and Air India.

 

Mostly from all International Airports & Domestic Airports flights to Hyderabad Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (HYD) are available and from Hyderabad one can travel by Bus / Train and if by Air

One has to take up-to Vijayawada Railway Station, which is well connected with the major cities and towns in India including Hyderabad/New Delhi/Mumbai/Kolkata/Chennai etc., Vijayawada Junction is a major railway station of Indian Railways serving the city of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Vijayawada Junction is the biggest railway station in South India and the South Central Railway and also one of the biggest railway stations in the Indian Railways after New Delhi Railway Station, Howrah station and Mumbai CST.

Vijayawada Railway Station is about 5 km from Our Conference Venue.

Vijayawada Bus Station is second biggest & busiest bus terminal in the Asia, next to Chennai. Vijayawada is well connected to the rest of the country by National Highways: NH-5, NH-9 and NH-221. Transport by road from Vijayawada to all the places of interest is available in the form of Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) buses. Private bus operators also provide transport services to various parts of the country.

Vijayawada Bus Station is about 5 km from Our Conference Venue.

 

4. Local Conveyance.

24 hours local means of conveyance like Cars/Auto Rickshaws and City Buses (5. 00 am to 11.pm) are available. However, to avoid confusion and waiting periods, on your prior request, at your expenses the Conference Organizers are ready to arrange Cars with the representative holding Name Board and taking care to drop strait at the Venue/Accommodation as necessary.
